What quality should I expect?
Each print comes in acid free archival paper with special pigment ink, it is the type of quality you find in museums, and with the proper care, it can last for more than 100 years.
From digital to print, some color variations can occur, considering in first place the fact that our screens may have different calibrations. However, every print has been tested several times to ensure, as much as possible, that what you are watching is what you are going to get.
*Currency is set in MEXICAN PESOS. Paypal will perform automatically the proper conversion to other currencies once the charge is made.
What are the payment options?
PAYPAL is the store's only payment option. If it is not possible for you to use PayPal, please contact me so we can discuss if there is another viable option.
Do you ship worldwide?
There are some countries where it is difficult or not safe to send packages. However, this store has a rather wide coverage. If you wish to purchase something, and your country is not on the checkout menu, please contact me to see if we can find a solution.
Is there a charge for shipment?
Yes, it will be automatically charged when checking out. I won't be responsible for any extra fees there may be according to your country.
Which company do you use for shipping?
I ship through Standard Postal Service. If you want me to ship through specialized companies like FedEx, DHL or UPS, please let me know before purchasing, for it is possible that their shipping price might be different from the one programmed here.
When will my package arrive?
Each print will be processed once the payment goes through, it may take from 8 to 22 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Some countries may take longer because of the transportation and customs. If your package has not arrived within a lapse of 1 month, please contact me immediately.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Each print is packed with proper care on cardboard rolls, to prevent any harm from occurring during its transportation. However, I strongly advice you to check it carefully before signing for it. If the package is severely damaged, is better NOT TO ACCEPT IT. Take pictures of it and get in touch with me right away.
If you accept the damaged package, will be difficult to make a proper complaint to the postal service and therefore, if the print happens to be damaged too, I will not take any responsibility and I will not manage a replenishment.
I want a print that is not in the store.
I will be glad to do particular reproductions. You can contact me to confirm said artwork is available for printing.
I want a special size that is not listed.
I am open to change the format as long as it doesn't mess with the image quality (resolution). You can contact me to talk about it.
Is it possible to request an artwork under commission?
Most of the time I am open to commissions and collaborations. You can write me through the contact form or through email@example.com to check availability and talk about it.
